About the role
As our Digital Campaigns & Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, managing, and delivering impactful digital marketing strategies while ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional quality for our diverse clients. Based on-site in either in vibrant Melbourne or the idyllic Sunshine Coast, you’ll collaborate closely with our Account Managers to bring innovative campaigns to life and directly contribute to our clients’ brand and growth goals.
Responsibilities
Digital campaign management:
- Conduct thorough research to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns.
- Build and manage campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Collaborate with and supervise others as needed to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insightful reports to inform next steps.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns and social media for the agency.
Project management:
- Manage resources and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Ensure all work meets the brief and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to deliver finalised work to clients.
- Potentially take on some web project management responsibilities.
Quality assurance:
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards.
- Work to understand the client’s brand and voice.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve outputs.
Strategic contribution:
- Contribute to the development of agency plans and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Communicate these trends and train other team members where necessary.
Qualifications and experience
- Mid-level agency experience (minimum 3-5 years) in digital campaigns and project management.
- Degree educated / tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Strong hands-on research and analytical skills with industry-standard digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including certifications on relevant platforms.
- Experience building and managing campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Bonus points
- Proficiency in cloud-based project management systems.
- Experience with web project management.
- Familiarity with healthcare, B2B tech, financial services, or building and construction industries.

Salary
The salary for this 4-day per week role will be competitive and based on your skills and experience. The indicative full-time equivalent (FTE) salary range is $90,000 – $120,000.
