We’re looking for an energetic and efficient Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in an agency environment who is an exceptional collaborator and communicator and brings a “can-do” attitude to work every day. As a Campaign Manager in a busy and growing agency, you will be more than just the voice of our client inside the agency – you will be both a thinker and a doer too.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, channel marketing, lead generation and relationship marketing. You will need to be digitally savvy, able to construct campaigns and manage them end-to-end, including managing the budget and client relationship, working with suppliers and providing analysis and reporting on ROI.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a very experienced senior team, get great exposure to some big B2B and B2C clients and have some good fun and great coffee in the process.
Skills and experience
- Marketing or related Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in an agency environment
- Energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with fastidious attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
- Experience in B2B and integrated marketing
- Practical skills implementing digital and social media campaigns, including SEO and SEM
- Demonstrable experience with leading platforms, such as Google Ads and DV360
- Analytical problem solving ability
- The presence of mind to engage clients with credibility and confidence
